Thursday 29 June sunny and warmer. Did not get as miserable as forecasted.

First some Admin: some have noted that the previous posts came from Admin and we’re promptly trashed.  This should now be fixed with a more appropriate From line.

A day of walking the Boston Fen, Gardner museum, and eating at B&G oysters. But first a failed attempt.

Used to a diet high in fresh fruit we went to a smallish farmers market to get some for breakfast. Got there at 10:00 and eyed the strawberries and raspberries.  Not available now: we open at 11. Slacking farmers!

QB, as is often the case, has gotten blisters already. Hopefully the visit to CVS will help.

The Boston Fen

Healthy walk to the Gardner museum. Dark and a bit dreary but that was the period. Very fine cloister courtyard.

Dinner at B&G Oyster house. Now recommended.
