First off, the city name is not a miss spelling.
Unlike the Wachau today is a quiet ride with no towns at all in the previous 25 km. Found a coffee stop. Also saw their equivalent to a lemonade stand.
Lunch in Tulln: Japanese restaurant. Against the advice of the QB I took the sushi bento. She took the safe salmon terriaki. Good to have a break and some not greasy rice.
Homework: we are now at the edge of the Weiner Wald, the Vienna Woods. Which fairy tales are based on or come from this location?
About 5 minutes away by foot is the birthplace and museum of Egon schiele. Good small museum with a number of his works, I liked the impressionist ones and thought many of the portraits and others looked like paint by numbers.
Bonus question. We are signs to the Minorite churches and Klosters. Who are or were the
Minorites?
Today we have a two bedroom sopartment right on the river and the Roman tower. Lots of space in a fine small hotel, word used lightly. No CNN or in room net and shower has no curtain, mostly the sitzbath variety.
